Physics Department Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro, congratulates all prospective new students who have been declared accepted through the Independent Exam (UM) Selection for the Undergraduate Program, Academic Year 2026/2027.
Following the selection results announcement, we urges all prospective new students to immediately proceed with the administrative registration stages in accordance with the schedule set by Universitas Diponegoro.
Administrative registration will be conducted from July 8 to 14, 2026, via the Universitas Diponegoro online registration portal. During this period, students are required to complete all registration steps, which include online registration, tuition fee payment, medical examinations, and uploading the required documents as per the applicable regulations.
The results of the first-stage document verification will be announced on July 17, 2026. For students who do not meet the initial verification requirements, Universitas Diponegoro provides an opportunity to re-upload their documents from July 17 to 20, 2026. The second-stage verification results are scheduled to be announced on July 24, 2026.
After passing the verification process and obtaining a Student Identification Number (NIM), students can print their temporary Student ID Card (KTM) independently.
The following is the important schedule for the administrative registration of prospective new Undergraduate Program students admitted via the Independent Exam (UM) lane for the Academic Year 2026/2027:
July 8–14, 2026: Online registration, tuition fee payment, medical examinations, and uploading required documents.
July 17, 2026: Announcement of the first-stage verification results.
July 17–20, 2026: Re-upload period for documents of students who have not passed the first-stage verification.
July 24, 2026: Announcement of the second-stage verification results.
After obtaining NIM: Independent printing of the temporary Student ID Card (KTM).
